Cancellation policy

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a cancellation fee.

Please note: Cancelling and rescheduling can be done via the link in your confirmation of appointment/reminder email or by logging in to the online booking system via our website.

Lateness policy
If you are late to an appointment it will still finish at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next client, but you will still be charged full price.
Patch tests

A patch test is recommended for new clients to check for allergies at least 24 hours before the following treatments: Eyelash extensions, LVL lash lift, eyelash/eyebrow tinting and brow lamination. A disclaimer must be signed if you choose to opt-out of a patch test. If pregnant a patch test is compulsory. 

Please bear in mind that, on rare occasions, the results may not always be accurate and an allergic reaction may still occur, even if the results were negative. We advise you to book your treatment a few days before an important event, in case of an allergic reaction.

At Luxeva, your safety comes first. For new clients who have never had lash extensions, a patch test is mandatory at least 24 hours before treatment. Patch testing also applies to lash lifts, tints, and brow lamination, and is compulsory during pregnancy. While patch tests reduce risk, reactions may still occur, so we recommend booking a few days before special events. If you experience any irritation or discomfort after your appointment, please contact us and seek medical advice.

Appointment confirmation

All appointments are confirmed by text and email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours of making an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure that your appointment has been booked.
Infilling work from other salons

If you’re not happy with work from another salon and want the best results, we recommend a removal and a fresh full set at Luxeva. For clients who wish to keep their existing extensions, we also offer a Foreign Fill option when booking. Please select this option to allow enough time for us to perfect your lashes, or contact us with photos if you’re unsure.

Eye make-up and contact lenses

To ensure the best results from your lash appointment, please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and mascara, and without contact lenses. This allows us to provide a flawless application and ensures your lashes look perfect and last longer.

We also request that you remove contact lenses before any eyelash treatments, but they can be put straight back in after treatment.

Bringing guests
Please do not bring guests, children or pets to your appointment.
Our guarantee

Book with confidence knowing each treatment is 100 per cent guaranteed within the first 7 days of your appointment or we will fix it. Conditions: You must have followed aftercare instructions and you must contact us within 7 days of your last appointment. If you contact us after 7 days has passed, we cannot be held responsible for any issues and your next treatment will be charged at full price.
